Gantner Academy und LMS Platform

To contact the Gantner Academy, you can reach out to them via email:

In the email, you can provide your inquiries or questions regarding training topics to the Gantner Academy. Make sure to include relevant details and any specific information or requests you may have.

  • Follow the instructions under "Don't have an account? Sign up for free!"
  • After an internal review by our Gantner Academy, your account will be activated within a few business days. You will be informed about the account activation via email.
  • Please note that a signed NDA is a prerequisite for accessing the LMS platform.

Gantner Support

Depending on the selected company and country, you will be provided with the corresponding contact details.

We kindly ask you to submit a support request through the form with the following information:

  • Project name
  • Ordering number/purchase order (if available)
  • Facility number (FID)
  • Location
  • Contact person
  • Detailed problem description

Gantner Partnerportal

Please register directly on our Gantner Partnerportal: Gantner Partnerportal Registration >

  1. Fill out the online form with the required information.
  2. Submit the completed form for review and processing.
  3. Your registration will undergo verification by Gantner, which may take a few business days.
  4. Once your registration is approved and verified, you will receive an email notification.
  5. Finally, you can then access the Gantner Partner Portal.

Note: An NDA with Gantner is required to gain access to our Gantner Partnerportal.

  • Follow the "Products" link in the navigation to access the product overview page: Products >
  • Search or filter in the product overview for the product you are interested in for further information.
  • Select the product and scroll down to the "Product Information" section.
  • Here you will find all the information about the product: data sheets, manuals, firmware/software, related products, and much more.

Tip: If you only want to download datasheets, you don't need access to the Gantner Partner Portal. Simply follow the same steps on our website, and you'll be able to download datasheets there too!
