In order to support our international growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in India. The BDM identifies new business opportunities, generates revenue and helps the company grow. The BDM reports to the Area Sales Manager.

GANTNER is the leading developer of RFID/NFC solutions. We deliver integrated solutions for access control, check-in, electronic locker systems, casheless payment and ticketing.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to develop the segment of the fitness market for touchless RFID/NFC system solutions in India.
- New customer acquisition and the observation and analysis of market and price development
- Meeting club owner to introduce our system solution.
- Increase the brand awareness through multiple marketing activities (exhibitions, conferences, social media campaigns…)
- Your responsibilities include the initiation of business, the processing of inquiries, and conducting price negotiations.
- New customer acquisition and the observation and analysis of market and price development
Establish a partner network for the segment of fitness
Requirements and skills
- Experience in the fitness segment (Equipment Manufacturer, Software provider…)
- Networking skills
- Well-connected in teh Industry
- Sound technical understanding
- Track Record
- Sound Communication skills
- Team worker
