As part of the Spanish Salto Systems Group, Gantner Ticketing is the market leader in Western Europe providing all-in-one frictionless leisure management solutions to both governmental and privately owned operators. We deliver, install and maintain hardware and in-house developed software applications, optimizing all customer facing operations for booking, f&b, retail and admission processes.

In order to support our international growth, we are looking for an Information Security Officer based in Ieper, Belgium.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Group Security Policies and Standards in Gantner Ticketing, helping the business and technical teams to translate the policies into practical measures and practices.

• You coordinate the deployment of the security policies and action plans aligned to group security strategy.
• You build and maintain effective relationship with the Business and Technology stakeholders.
• You evaluate and monitor risks and action plans to reduce the risk
• You coordinate the technical security and compliance reviews
• You are responsible for necessary training and awareness raising
• You maintain the business continuity plan
• You are responsible for vendor risk management
• You support customer’s security evaluations and concerns
• You align with the Group Security Team.

Requirements and skills

As our Information Security Officer, you need to have:

• Minimum experience of at least 3 years in information security or in the areas of information security risk management and compliance.
• SW or Telecommunication Engineering (technical background)
• Knowledge about security standards and regulation such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR; Cloud Security Alliance etc.
• Broad understanding of security technologies.
• Ability to build good relationships at all levels and the ability to influence stakeholders of all level.
• Problem solving skills.
• Security certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP etc. are advantageous for this position
