Gantner is expanding its portfolio with two exciting innovations: With BLE.Connect, battery-powered locker locks can be managed online via software, while the compact GT7 Lite enhances the GT7 product family – flexible, efficient, and easy to integrate into existing access control solutions.

At the second launch event of 2025, we introduced two groundbreaking innovations designed for a wide range of industries:

  • BLE.Connect: Battery-powered locker locking systems with a wireless interface can be managed online directly through the eLoxx Relaxx locker management software.
  • GT7 Lite: GT7 Lite: As part of the GT7 family, the compact terminal is ideal for additional doors and special applications, allowing seamless integration into an existing Gantner ecosystem.
     

BLE.Connect

Battery-Powered Locker Locks – Now Online Manageable with BLE.Connect

With BLE.Connect, battery-powered locker locks with a wireless interface can be easily integrated into eLoxx Relaxx (from version 9.0) and managed online. The bidirectional wireless connection via the GAP7 Access Point allows centralized control of all locks – whether checking battery status, performing remote configuration, or unlocking remotely. Ideal for areas where wiring is difficult or impractical – simple, flexible, and secure.

Key Benefits:

  • Bidirectional Wireless Communication: Enables remote configuration, control, and unlocking of all Gantner wireless battery-powered locks directly through eLoxx Relaxx. Battery status, last usage, signal strength, and alarm events can be monitored in real time.
  • Integration of Existing Locks & Retrofit: Existing Gantner battery-powered locks with a wireless interface can be easily integrated into eLoxx Relaxx. Older systems can also be retrofitted effortlessly with this solution.
  • Unified Management: Both networked and wireless locker systems can now be managed in the same software.
  • Secure Communication: The connection between controllers, access points, and locks is encrypted using AES128 standards.

GT7 Lite

GT7 Lite – The Compact Terminal for Additional Access Points

The GT7 Lite expands the GT7 product family as a cost-efficient, space-saving terminal. It is ideal for adding doors, VIP entrances, or internal areas to an existing Gantner ecosystem.

Key Benefits:

  • Easy Integration: The GT7 Lite is perfect for connecting new access points, such as additional doors or turnstiles, to an existing Gantner ecosystem.
  • G7 App Concept & Cloud: Thanks to the G7 App concept and integration with G7 Connect, terminals can be flexibly used for different functions – for example, the Access App for access control or the Info App, turning the GT7 Lite into an information terminal for locker systems. All terminals can be easily managed centrally via G7 Connect.
  • Wide RFID/NFC Compatibility: The terminal supports all common RFID/NFC technologies, including Gantner SmartPass for Google and Apple Wallet.
  • Compact Design: The space-saving GT7 Lite fits seamlessly into the GT7 product family design and is available with or without a 3.5ʺ touchscreen – offering maximum flexibility.

GT7 Lite

The GT7 Lite is the cost-effective, space-saving terminal in the GT7 product family. It is ideal for controlling additional doors, speed gates and turnstiles – such as VIP and staff entrances or changing rooms – as well as for special applications such as massage tables or equipment releases based on membership status. This allows existing systems to be expanded in a targeted and economical manner. Power over Ethernet (PoE) enables clean, quick installation, while integrated relays and optocouplers take over the direct control of doors and turnstiles.
