GANTNER Electronic GmbH, Bundesstraße 12, A-6714 Nüziders acts as controller of the images (e.g., photographs, videos) processed based on your consent. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact privacy@gantner.com.

2. The images are used exclusively for the purposes of representation, advertising and public relations.

3. The processing (collection, storage, publication, transfer to third parties, etc.) of the images is based on the express consent of the data subject. The legal basis for the processing of the data is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

4. The images may be passed on to external service providers such as webhosts, cloud computing providers, etc. for the purpose of carrying out advertising measures and public relations.

5. The images will be stored for an indefinite period for a specific purpose, subject to revocation of the consent of the data subject.

6. The consent to the processing of the images can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing of your data until withdrawal remains unaffected.

7. According to applicable law, you are entitled to
• to receive information about your personal data processed by us. (Art. 15 GDPR)
• to request the rectification or erasure of data processed incorrectly or not in compliance with the law. (Art. 16 GDPR)
• to demand the deletion or restriction of processing if the legal requirements are met. (Art. 17, 18 GDPR)
• to object to the processing under certain circumstances. (Art. 21 GDPR)
• to demand data portability, if applicable. (Art. 20 GDPR)
• to lodge a complaint with the competent authority, the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gbv.at).
