NET.Lock - Networked locker lock

The RFID-based innovation GAT NET.Lock is an electronic, alarm-secured locker lock that is operated contactlessly using various data carriers. It is maintenance-free, PC-manageable, and integrable into many management systems. A unique feature is its support for both 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz RFID technologies as well as NFC. Additionally, the latest version of GAT NET.Lock offers USB A and C ports and interior lighting for various types of cabinets. Management is done via the eLoxx Suite software solution, allowing for central authorization of openings and monitoring of usage. The system features an integrated tamper alarm and provides a high level of security.

If you receive a theft report, please follow the appropriate steps outlined below:

Steps:
  1. Take note of the reported theft incident.

  2. Proceed to the customer's location along with the Basic Set (applicable to GAT NET.Lock systems with a master card) of the lock.

  3. Check the locker for visible damage. Determine if an alarm has been triggered or if any tampering has occurred.

  4. Read and evaluate the booking records, and look for suspicious entries or indications of manipulation log such as:

    • The UID of the last closure or opening

    • The use of a master card

  5. Depending on the severity and circumstances of the theft, consider reporting the incident to the police for insurance purposes.

  6. Assess the functionality of the locker in question.

    Determine if it requires repairs or if temporary deactivation is necessary to prevent further unauthorized access.
