THE CHALLENGE

Galp's headquarters accommodates a high number of employees every day, alongside a constant flow of visitors, partners, and service providers. Managing personal storage in such a dynamic environment required a secure, flexible, and scalable solution. In addition, the electronic locker system needed to integrate seamlessly with the existing Spaceti platform, already used for workplace management, without disrupting daily operations. Supporting flexible workstyles, simplifying administration, and ensuring long-term adaptability were key requirements.

SOLUTION

Gantner's smart locker solution was implemented using the "Free Locker" mode and fully integrated with the Spaceti platform. A combination of GL7p and GAT ECO.Side Lock devices was installed throughout the building, providing smart, wireless, and low-maintenance locker management. Employees can independently select, reserve, and share lockers via a mobile application, while facility managers benefit from centralized control and real-time oversight. The solution is used across office areas as well as fitness club locker rooms, supporting Galp's flexible, user-centric workplace concept.
