At LOVT, the focus is on holistic wellbeing – training body and mind in equal measure. Alongside personal and mental coaching, the studio offers physiotherapy, massage treatments, and advanced sports diagnostics. Both Vienna locations feature over 1,000 m² of training space, saunas, large group fitness studios, and dedicated physiotherapy and massage areas.

THE CHALLENGE
From day one, LOVT set out to create a completely digital member journey – from joining the club and using equipment to accessing lockers and buying snacks. Mechanical locks were never an option. The goal was to provide members with an intuitive, easy-to-use system that would also encourage adoption of the club’s mobile app. The main challenge was integrating all areas and services into one connected ecosystem to enhance comfort, security, and efficiency.
SOLUTION
LOVT implemented Gantner’s fully integrated system, connecting all access and service functions through a single RFID wristband. GT7 terminals manage both entry control and check-in at reception, while NET.Lock systems secure personal lockers and valuables. GT7 info terminals provide real-time details on locker allocation and usage time. Members can also use their wristband for cashless payments at vending machines via GV6 terminals. This creates a completely digital and seamless experience – intuitive, efficient, and convenient for members, while delivering significant cost savings and operational efficiencies for the studio.
