THE CHALLENGE
A modern thermal spa has to meet a wide range of requirements. High visitor volumes, a large number of lockers and multiple access points call for a reliable and high-performance system. At the same time, guests should be able to move through the facility intuitively and access the areas they are entitled to use with ease.
SOLUTION
Gantner implemented a comprehensive solution for access control, electronic lockers and key areas throughout Silvretta Therme Ischgl. A total of 1,165 GAT NET.Lock 7020 locker locks were installed. 54 GT7 terminals handle various access control functions at the turnstiles and are also used as information terminals in the changing rooms. The solution is complemented by additional readers and controllers for the fitness area, elevators and dedicated access points for the relaxation and accessible areas. Cash desks, refund machines and GAT Return units are also integrated into the overall solution. For additional doors throughout the facility, electronic door fittings from SALTO are used.
