How LX Suite works

The LX Suite web interface enables seamless, staff-managed handovers. Set up bookings and let users authenticate at the locker station using a QR code, PIN, or supported RFID/NFC credential. 

The platform follows a simple, three-step process 

Create booking and share credentials. 

  • Create the booking in the LX Suite web interface. 
  • Select drop-off person, recipient, locker size, and time window. 
  • LX Suite sends instructions and credentials automatically by email. 
  • Administrators can regenerate or customise codes where required. 

Drop-off person authenticates at the locker station and deposits the item. 

  • The drop-off person authenticates at the locker station using the emailed QR code, PIN, or NFC credential. 
  • The assigned locker opens automatically. 
  • The drop-off person places the item inside and closes the door. 
  • The recipient receives pickup instructions

Recipient authenticates, collects item, and confirms pickup to close booking. 

  • The recipient authenticates at the locker station using their pickup code or credential. 
  • The locker opens, and they retrieve the item.  
  • They close the door and confirm pick-up to complete the process. 
  • The booking closes automatically, freeing up lockers for the next user.
