Config Manager

PC software tool for configuration of the GANTNER Terminals for access control, time & attendance and leisure facilities

The GAT Configuration Manager is a PC software tool for configuration of the GANTNER Terminals for access control, time & attendance and leisure facilities (fitness studios, public baths etc.). In addition to the Terminals GAT Config Manager can also configure and upload the electronic locker locks GAT Lock 60×0 and the offline door terminals GAT DL 3xx from GANTNER.

The configuration of each device is defined and stored in a configuration file in XML-format. The GAT Configuration Manager provides a graphical user interface to display and edit the configuration settings. Projects can be created, imported and exported to make it easier to manage many devices and configurations in a whole facility. A project lists all included devices in a project tree. Groups in the project tree allow optimal organisation of large facilities with many devices. When a device is selected, the configuration and interface settings, log files etc. of each device are presented next to the project tree for easy editing.

The display texts of the devices (if available) can be loaded and displayed in GAT Configuration Manager. The texts can be edited and loaded back into the device and it is also possible to export and import display texts in an external file. A configuration history records all changes that were made to the configurations of the devices.
