Through a fast and flexible new interface, customers can manage both doors and lockers within Gallagher Command Centre - enhancing security governance and operational efficiency.

Gantner and Gallagher Security announced a powerful new integration between Gantner’s innovative smart locker lock solution and Gallagher’s award-winning Command Centre platform—delivering a seamless and unified access experience for organisations worldwide. Through this integration, users can now unlock both Gantner locker locks and Gallagher-controlled doors using the same Gallagher-managed credential, including Bluetooth-enabled mobile credentials.

By bringing real-time communication from both systems into a single central platform, organisations gain unprecedented simplicity: one database, one interface, one credential. The result is a streamlined operational model that reduces administrative complexity while enhancing the end-user experience.

Purpose-built for effortless deployment

The integration is enabled by Gantner’s proprietary software connector, linking any Gantner locker lock installation with Gallagher Command Centre in a very short time. Once connected, locker locks appear as native access points - meaning operators can assign users, manage groups, or maintain the system entirely within the Gallagher interface.

"Customers can now treat lockers just like any other access point, with real-time communication between the two systems and all administration handled through the single Gallagher interface," said Dean Matheson, National Technical Manager, Gallagher Security Australia.

This unified design also delivers a smoother user experience. With a single credential, users can access Gantner locker locks with just one tap directly at the locker door—significantly reducing queues during peak times. Gantner also supports Gallagher Mobile Connect providing a fast alternative to physical cards and proving especially valuable when cards are lost.
