If a guest forgets the locker number, it can be retrieved using the device at a terminal, without your staff needing to intervene personally. This way, you can efficiently use limited staff resources. Thanks to the prepaid function, guests can also make cashless purchases at POS stations in the museum shop or at vending machines using the device. An amount can be preloaded onto the device or any outstanding amounts can be conveniently settled when leaving the facility. But the lockers can do even more: For internal logistics, Gantner has developed its own solution that allows packages and other shipments of different sizes to be delivered to an internal package station. Both external providers and the in-house post can operate through it. The recipient receives a personal email with a code that is entered or scanned at a central terminal. The door behind which the package has been securely stored opens for removal. This allows you to securely and elegantly transmit internal documents or important items.
